"It’s taken a life time to give a 10 out of 10 for a coffee albeit I have a particular style of coffee you cannot find in a coffee shop. With the quality of the beans my previous process was yielding between 8-9. 5 out of 10. Fish River Roasters is the only variable I’ve changed in 30 years. It’s a consistent 10 and now I’m setting my sights on redefining my standards of the perfect coffee."

"I've been purchasing supermarket coffee for years, looking for the better brands when they're on special. In recent times I've grabbed a coffee from Moana @ Pickles Coffee Collective FORBES NSW once or twice a week. It's that good I decided to buy the Hub Blend (what she uses) and it hasn't disappointed. I have a Breville automatic machine that now using Fish River Roasters beans makes a really nice coffee, better than anything used in the past.
