Raised by his grandparents in Tulise Village, he inherited his first coffee farm from them and learned traditional coffee farming practices through years of working alongside them.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter starting his own family, Beyene moved to Wegida Village, but supporting a growing household from a small coffee farm was difficult. The expansion of coffee cooperatives in the 1990s improved his family's income and livelihood through financial and technical support.
